Mr.William Flowers
Mr. William K. Flowers joined St. Scholastica Academy in 2006 in the role of Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Flowers is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, industry and nonprofit organizations.  Mr. Flowers is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants where he has served as a Vice President of the Board of Directors and member of Council, respectively.  He currently serves as Board Treasurer of the CPA Endowment Fund of Illinois and as Board President of Chicago a cappella.

Mr. Flowers is a native of Chicago.  He received his B.S. from Xavier University of Louisiana and earned an M.B.A. from Tulane University.

Mr. Ermias Eyassu Ghiliazghi
Mr. Ermias Eyassu Ghiliazghi was born in Eritrea, East Africa and attended Roman Catholic junior and senior high school graduating in 1994.  After his graduation in 1999 from Asmara University with a B.A. in accounting, he worked as a project accountant for a $5,000,000 UNDP funded project for one year in Eritrea. He then attended the University of Pretoria, South Africa to pursue his masters in financial management.  Following graduation with a master’s degree in financial management in 2005, he moved to the United States. Mr. Ghiliazghi has worked for Monody’s Investor Services, ISCO International, and Interfaith Refugees and Immigration Ministries as an accountant. He also has volunteered at the St. Vincent DePaul Center.

Mr. Ghiliazghi joined St Scholastica Academy in 2008 as an accountant.
